When is the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF 2025?
DIFF 2025 will be held on Saturdays from May 31 to July 12, lasting for 6 weeks (excluding July 5). The festival will begin with an opening night at the end of May, followed by fireworks competitions between international teams, and conclude with the final night on July 12. The program will feature fireworks competitions among teams from all over the world, providing visitors with unmissable exciting experiences. Each night will have a unique theme, ensuring diversity and novelty throughout the festival.
Location of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival
DIFF 2025 will take place along the East Bank of the Han River, particularly on Tran Hung Dao Street, one of the most famous locations that has become a symbol of DIFF over the past 12 years. The fireworks will be launched from the East Bank of the Han River, with the main stands located on the West Bank. With the vast space and beautiful landscape of the Han River, this is the ideal spot for audiences to enjoy the most spectacular fireworks displays.
Teams Participating in the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025
DIFF 2025 will feature 10 fireworks teams from 9 countries, representing three different continents. Notably, this is the first time the festival will have two teams from Vietnam, including Da Nang and the 21 Chemical Company Limited. Teams from other countries are also impressive, including the reigning champions from Finland, along with strong teams from countries such as Poland, China, Canada, South Korea, Italy, Portugal, and the UK.

The festival will feature 6 official competition nights, each with a distinctive theme:
- Night 1 (May 31): “Legacy of culture” – Vietnam 1 (Da Nang) vs. Finland
- Night 2 (June 7): “The Art of Creativity” – Vietnam 2 (Z121) vs. Poland
- Night 3 (June 14): “The path of Unity” – Canada vs. China
- Night 4 (June 21): “Sustainable Development” – Portugal vs. UK
- Night 5 (June 28): “Powered by Innovation” – South Korea vs. Italy
- Grand Final (July 12): “The New Rising Era” – The Two Best Teams
These competition nights are not only a battle of talented fireworks teams but also artistic performances that creatively combine culture and modern technology.
